I’m ashamed to see how little I’ve actually blogged this month, but I suppose that’s what happens when the Christmas preparations and parties get underway. I’m fully in the Christmas spirit now, and happy that there are just two more sleeps to go! This month saw me kick things off with a trip to see St Agnes Fountain at Bury Parish Church (a truly festive experience), complete my Christmas shopping whilst successfully avoiding the majority of the crowds, enjoy not one, but three work’s Christmas do’s, including an amazing meal at Restaurant Bar and Grill (a simple menu done extremely well) and a “Right Royal Do” at the Palace Hotel, see The Lion King in a pre-Christmas treat, discover the best Chinese restaurant in Manchester (Tung Fong in Worsley), decorate the flat and wrap a mountain of presents. Now all there is left to do is wish everyone a fab time, sit back and watch White Christmas and The Muppets, and eat loads of delicious food. Awesome!
