Yesterday I met up with some other North West bloggers for the Manchester Bloggers Meet, and because the weather was still gorgeous I decided to wear my lovely maxi skirt from Zara. I think cobalt blue is my favourite colour of all time, and I love how silky and floaty this skirt is. It’s perfect for creating relaxed style on a hot day, and I styled it with a cropped striped tee to keep things casual. I also gave my peaches and cream Grafea rucksack an outing too.

I also love this statement jewel necklace, which was from Zara but was also a birthday present from my work colleagues. It’s so eye-catching and bejewelled that I think it needs to be paired with simple outfits like this, otherwise it might look a bit much. What do you reckon?
Anyway, the blogger event went well and it was nice to meet up with other like-minded northern bloggers and some local brands too. Hope everyone else is having a lovely weekend and making the most of this weather!
