Last night I went to the cinema to see Manchester International Festival’s production of Macbeth starring Kenneth Branagh. I missed out on getting tickets to the main event but after hearing all the glowing reviews I decided to get tickets to see this on the big screen, hoping it would feel like I hadn’t missed out! And I’m very glad I did as it was amazing! Such creative staging and amazing performances. And it was so pacey and so well directed that it was never boring and never difficult to understand what was going on.
Anyway, with the hot weather and without knowing whether the cinema would go overboard with the air con (they didn’t) this was my outfit choice. A cute, casual, heart motif top from Ribbon at BANK, which has very thin fabric so is very cool, and my floaty, floral, dipped hem skirt from Tesco. I kept accessories minimal and just wore my multi-chain bracelet from Disneyland Paris, which I still love and don’t wear nearly enough!

You look lovely and I’m so jealous of your hair!! X
Naww thanks! My hairdresser curled my hair actually – after I’d had it coloured and cut.
