Happy bank holiday weekend! Last night I went out for a meal and a couple of games of bowling (something I haven’t done in at least 10 years!), and my outfit was based around this versatile striped layer top. I love this top and wear it all the time for work and with casual outfits like this. It’s pretty flattering because although the boxy top layer is fashionably cropped, it has a longer sheer black layer underneath so no need to show any flesh. It was a bargain £14 from Tesco.

My accessories and nails were all co-ordinating pink and rose gold, and apparently these days you don’t have to wear the bowling shoes provided as long as your own shoes are suitable, so my sparkly silver converse were a great choice.
