How was everyone’s weekend? Mine was one of the most relaxing I’ve had for a while and it’s been great! I always forget how nice it is to just spend an extra hour in bed in the morning with a cup of tea and something to read (who says that “doing things” is the best way to start a day?) And as well as that I channelled my inner Enid Blyton character with my few trips out of the house – to the library, blackberry picking and for a Farmhouse breakfast at Huntley’s Country Stores in Lancashire…
