Ultimo’s Party Solutions Lingerie

Christmas party outfits are not just about the dresses – they also require the correct choice of underwear. So that’s why I’m dedicating this post to Ultimo and their newly launched Party Solutions range, which I went down to see in their new concession in Manchester’s House of Fraser.

The Party Solutions range is a small collection of underwear pieces, all simple in design and available in nude, black or white, which offer solutions to those pesky party outfits that won’t work with your regular underwear.

The strapless multiway plunge bra (£27) – surely this is the solution to every outfit dilemma! This bra has 5 ways to wear – conventional, strapless, halter, one strap and crisscross.
The low-back strapless bra (£35) – for those strapless dresses with lower cut backs. I love the vintage pin-up look of this bra!
The backless body (£45) – with the extreme low-cut back for those gorgeous backless dresses! Again this piece has a number of ways to wear the straps – halter neck, conventional and crisscross.

I also checked out the rest of the Ultimo range too, including the fashion collection which featured the same low-back strapless bra I mentioned earlier but in a lovely raspberry colour with black lace. Gorgeous! What’s great is that all the everyday “The One” bras and OMG bras (for a boost of 2 cup sizes) include a racer back clip feature as standard, so they’re not just pretty or fancy bras, they’re also functional! It means that you won’t need to buy a separate bra for those pesky racer back tops and dresses!
