If you’ve yet to try them, subscription boxes are a great way to try new products without breaking the bank, and make the most exciting parcels to receive in the mail! I have subscribed to a couple of beauty boxes in the past, and although I did enjoy them there is a downside – you don’t really know what you are likely to receive so there is a chance you might not like some of the products. It launched yesterday in the Exchange Square store, so I went down to check it out. There are helpful ladies on hand to talk to you about all the products and to help you choose what to include in your box. The station is divided up into 6 sections, and there are 4 products to choose from at each section, so your box will include 2 pieces of makeup, a skincare product, a bodycare product and a haircare product, plus one beauty bonus treat. As always with Birchbox there both familiar and discovery brands to choose from, including one of my faves – Percy & Reed; plus Macadamia, Bliss, Benefit and Laura Mercier. I’m pretty happy with all the items in my box, and am really looking forward to trying them out.
